Delete your Pullso account

How it works

1. Fill in the request with your account email.
2. We email that address. Reply to confirm the request is yours.
3. Once you confirm, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email and password.
• Your member profile at every Pullso gym where you have an account.
• Bookings, check-ins, training sessions, body assessments and notes.
• Training partners and your leaderboard positions.
• Notifications, preferences and signed-in sessions on your devices.

What may be kept

• Payment and billing records, for the period tax law requires (10 years in Portugal).
• Signed documents, when the gym is legally required to keep them.
• Technical logs, deleted automatically after 14 days.

Before you ask

• Deleting your account does not cancel your contract or membership with the gym. Talk to the gym about that.
• If you manage profiles for your children or other minors, mention it in the request. We'll check with you what happens to those profiles before deleting anything.
• Deletion is permanent: once it's done, the account cannot be recovered.
